is at 1 or 2 o'clock for right handed and at 10 or 11 o'clock for left handed fencers.

practice parry 4 from the 6, 8 or 7 positions by rolling the wrist from supination to pronation,at
the instant of engagement. This video addresses an injury that may occur when performing this parries, especially if it's

is a counter riposte?
A defensive engagements made when going to the forth position is called a "parry
of four". If the "parry of four" is executed against an opponent's riposte, the riposte
that follows is called a "counter riposte".
